What is a viral mailer?

Viral Mailers are online services
where members can e-mail each other.
 You can send an e-mail promoting your
web site in return for viewing the e-mails
 sent by the other members.

 

How Do I Receive Credits?

Look for e-mails from other members.
At the bottom of each e-mail, there should be
a link you can click to view their site and earn credit.
For each credit you earn, you will be able to mail
another member of The-Mailer.

 

What Are Credits & How Do I Get Them To Advertise My Sites?

 

One credit is worth one view of your site,
or you can use them to exchange for banner and text link ads.
What we do is when you click the links in other peoples emails
and match the symbol we credit you with credits (the number of credits
per e-mail link you view depends on your membership type).
These credits can then be used to send mails to other members
who can click on the links to earn credits themselves.

 

How Do I Earn Credits?

Simply click the links in the emails you receive from other members,
then wait for the timer to count down and then click the matching image.
You will then be credited for that view.

 

My Email Failed The Checker & Will Not Send, Why?

The checker should inform you for the reason for failure.
You can correct the issue and try again.
If you still have trouble but believe there is no issue with the site
you are promoting then please submit a support ticket with the
Subject Line, Email Text & the full link as you added it
so we can look into this for you.

 

Why Or Will I Get Lots Of Email?

We are a mailer so you will receive lots of emails from other members.
These contain the links for you to click and earn credits.
Because we are a mailer we recommend you join using a email address you normally
use for mailers or safe lists or filter your emails from us into a separate folder.

 

I Have Forgot My Password?

You can request your password or password change by using the forgot password page.
Linked from the login page. Your passwords are encrypted so we are unable to
give it to you so if the system mail does not find its way to you then you can request by
support ticket that we reset it to one of our choice and you can change it when logging in.

 

I Am Not Getting Emails / Verification Emails From The-Mailer?

You can use the resend page the Link to this can also be found on the login page.
This will resend the email confirmation link to you.
Sadly all our system can do is send out the link If you do not get it then it will be
down to your email service provider blocking our emails.
The email address you should whitelist is tmail@the-mailer.com

 

How Much Is It To Join?

The-mailer is free to join, you simply pay for any upgrades or ad purchases
that you wish to make when inside the members area.

 

What Guarantee Do You Have?

We are unable to guarantee results because different people will have different results
depending on what and how they are promoting all we can do is provide the service.

 

How Can I Contact You For Support?

What Payment Options Do You Have?

At this moment in time we only accept payment by Paypal
But will look into adding Payza at a later date

 

How Do I Cancel My Membership Upgrade Subscription?

To cancel your membership you need to visit the Paypal website and cancel
your subscription there. Otherwise they will continue to send us payments for the
membership upgrade and our system will automatically extend your membership paid
for period. The easy way to do this at PayPal is click on the last payment you sent us and look
for the link saying payment in reference to subscription, clicking that will bring up the
subscription page and at the bottom you should find a cancel subscription link.

 

Can I Earn Money With Your Site?

Yes we have a full affiliate program built in to the site.
We pay up to 50% cash commissions (depending on your membership type)
on direct referrals only from your direct promotion of our service.
We are not MLM and only pay commissions on the customers you introduce.
Payments are made on requests on all commissions balances above $10
and older than 14 days.
please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.

 

Do You Swap Credits & Upgrades With Other Owners?

No we don’t do not do Swap Credits & Upgrades With Other Owners.

 

How Can I Cancel My Account If I Do Not Like It?

Inside you can simply click on your profile/details page found in the members menu and you will
find a delete account button. This will instantly remove your account and stop all emails from us.
Please note this action is final we do not hold any information after you delete your account
so we are unable to get your account back.
If you have a active subscription for an upgrade or ad package then it is your responsibility to
log into Paypal and cancel it there or they will continue to send us the money.
